This place as been exceptionally accommodating at short notice and quick stays. Customer service has been the best part of our experience each time. Everytime we showed up, we were without reservations and were greeted with nothing short of accommodating understanding respect. Thanks for being here fireside and having late night great employees!
Excellent front desk associates. Clean in and out. Pet friendly... big soft beds.. charging ports beside beds..nOnly issue we had was the toilet was very very slow to fill. We called for maintenance and was told they'd be right up. They never came.
The service staff were very nice and the location is convenient, but the hotel is rundown and outdated. There were also many sketchy looking people hanging out by the doorways smoking cigarettes. There are nice new hotels nearby for about the same price. It should have been half what they charged me. Not the worst place I've ever stayed, but I will not be returning.
Very quiet, nice and comfortable place to stay for the night. Wish I had brought clothes because the pool was open and empty
Hotel was amazing. Me and my fiancee had an amazing romantic stay. Tyler at the front desk was a great help and very friendly!! Hope he gets a raise!!!
