Partially eaten candy, dirt, pocket lint, and space change thrown throughout the drawer of the bed side table. Other bedside table had gravel or some kind of dirt in it. In stead of an apology or any sense of concern, I was met with “uhhhhhh... do you want us to come take care of it?” All of this when cleanliness standards are advertised as top of the line in the midst of a pandemic.nnShould have just left but I gave them a second chance due to limited time and money. Second room covered in a thin but noticeable layer of dust. Nothing had been wiped down recently. In the middle of a pandemic. Not sure about other Ramada locations but do yourself a favor and don’t step foot in their Portland, Maine location.
It was Def chill. No one really bothered us at all. Room was nice and cozy. It has a sweet gym and a pool. There was a sliding glass door that went to the outside balcony. And a mini fridge. If u need the microwave the front desk has to cook itfor u lol
Angie Gumaer at the front desk was so great! She was professional, and super nice. Went above and beyond! Such a great woman!
My fiance and I come here every month the place is very clean the staff are wonderful people their respectful the helpful it almost feels like a family I highly recommend
The rooms are beautiful. Does NOT have that old motel mold smell! Pool and both hot tubs are kept clean and are open 6am to 10pm.
