Stayed here for 2 months in a rv. Very nice and quiet. Owners are very nice. Cheap rent.

Cox trailer park is family oriented and good place to start.

Owners are great! Price is right! Location is ideal! Brought the family while working in the area.

It's a mobile home park! What should you expect? Btw.... several motor homes here too

New owners . they now require a year long lease . They require all your accounts and account numbers .If you elect not to sign the lease , the monthly rate is increased , due to flight risk . Not exactly sure why , Might could be they are ex prison guards . I and many other construction workers have benefited from the hospitality offered by this place in years past . We are no longer welcome here .If at all you can , avoid this place .
