The gentleman who worked with my was understanding, courteous, and accommodating. He watched my kids while I tried out two bikes. He explained the difference is each bike. He did not press when I decided not to purchase items he mentioned to me. Over all the service was excellent. The business is also placed in an area where trying out the bikes is easy.
They guys at the shop were extremely helpful and they seemed genuinely excited for me on my purchase of a new Roscoe 7. Not just because they were making a sale but because they saw how I was excited about it. They took the time to explain to me the features on my new bike and of the Trek warranty features and overall it was a great experience. I look forward to using them for all of my cycling needs.
Great people to work with. Patient with us in our purchase and helping us find the right bike in our initial budget. Unfortunately the budget doubled by the end of the week(our own doingud83dude09). The whole team worked hard to get everything put together on both bikes to make the sale happen and have us on the road smoothly.
Get 1 chance to make a first impression and unfortunately it was wasted. Went in to purchase a part and I was advised by the staff member who was friendly and courteous that it was in stock. He looked at the item I needed a part for and instead of offering me what I needed a small attachment (online $9.09) he offered me the entire assembly at $29.00 plus tax which came to $34.00. Went home and ordered the part online and was disappointed in the local store.
Led mechanic Robert is one of the best in area. He was able to quickly identify problem and get it fixed. Robert is only one of two people I would trust to work on my bike in the area.
