What a wonderful establishment. The owner, Jay, is kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgable. He goes out of his way to make his customers feel like family. I am so glad that I stumbled upon this place -- Kiddles is now my go-to sports shop!
I had a great experience with Lee at Kiddles Sports! I called several bike shops looking for a specific Trek bike and KS had exactly what I was looking for in stock. Lee offered to keep it on hold for me while I thought about the purchase (unsure about the color). I was so impressed by his customer service that I had to support his shop and buy the bike! Very knowledgeable, patient and kind (esp with my noob cycling questions). Highly recommend!
I have to agree there is no bad reviews at this place. As I visit Illinois a lot, this is a really great place to go! Would recommend!
