Relly friendly people best service i relly recommend
Recently purchased two bikes from B&G one of which they had still in a box and they would start to build ASAP and to call back within a few days to pick up. Called back and was told two people were on a waiting list Since last fall for that bike I was to pick up and they had priority, Cindy who was assisting me was of little help and completely overwhelmed, could not remember our conversation or the particulars of my transaction, she was dismissive and treated me as if I were lucky they even picked up the phone. I was told “there are no bike for sale in America, and if I was dissatisfied good luck somewhere else” . As a result I returned my bike, which I actually liked and canceled the other order, which she couldn’t figure out how to refund on there computer. I appreciate all the small businesses out there working hard but I just couldn’t support them because of this experience. I rarely write reviews but I’ve also never been treated so poorly as a customer. Hope your experience is better.

Didn't get my bike fixed because it was a simple procedure I can do based off the shops recommendation, but the customer service was great even when it was busy. Great place
The shop 'LOST' my bike according to their computer records. Also included as 'LOST' is the $50 deposit I provided. After 2 weeks I'm considering legal action.
