WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They treat their customer really bad. I happened to stop by at this Walgreens today 10/27/2020 around 10:20 pm to buy a pack of cigarettes. The cashier asked me for ID proof and I presented my Canadian Drivers license. The cashier stated they do not accept Canadian license but when I insisted to provide me a copy of policy that Canadian license is not accepted. Another lady Who said she is a manager( not sure how she was appointed, she does not have basics customer service skills) threatened me that she would cops on me just for asking to provide a copy of policy. So ..my fault.. I politely asked her to provide me a copy of the policy that’s states that a non US ID proof is not acceptable, which she couldn’t provide anyways. Seriously this is quality of customer service I experienced at this Walgreens ... Call Cops on me...I will surely open a case against her and make sure she at-least learn some basics of customer service.nI had been a Walgreens customer for years and that’s how you get treated at this Walgreens store. I would Personally avoid stepping into this store in future or at least until this lady and other people are appropriately trained to deal respectfully with their customers.nnI request Walgreens corporate / head office to look into this matter......nnThe Irony is I was able to purchase the cigarette from another Walgreens close to this Walgreens presenting the same Drivers license ud83dude21

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to! The employees and manager on duty in the evening are very rude and have very poor customer service. They can really care less about there job. They stock the shelves with same items neatly to the front but you go to the registers and say this is $ price for this item they blame it on the customers saying they “move them around” when a large amount of the same product is stocked on that specific price tag. Huh? I left without buying ANYTHING I had at the register. Don’t go here if you expect helpful employees and managers!

I have been going to this Walgreens and pharmacy for almost 2 years. The pharmacy staff are always really polite and helpful. The cashiers are friendly and personable.

In case of emergency, come here. Asha at the counter was very helpful but other morning staff seemed like they couldn't be bothered to help.
