So I been going to this pharmacy for years it's had it's ups and downs. But since they got a new pharmacist. Wow she and the staff are amazing and on point. They always greet you with a smile. Try to get you in and out in a professional and personal manner. There are times when they are super busy but they still try to take their time with every customer and ensure everything is correct and right before they leave I feel like a valued customer when I deal with them and that means a lot to me thank you for the hard work everybody

I'm really happy that I transferred farmacies, I used to go to this Walgreens on Milwaukee/Nagle. Pharmacy staff there are very rude, they take their sweet time to help you, specially the manager Jenny ( i think that's her name), she literally suggested to go to another location if I wasn't happy with their service there... well THANK YOU for that, I should have that done sooner. I started going to the one on 800 Devon, staff is very friendly, no issues so far, they really care about you. I wish they have the option to rate 0⃣ ud83cudf1f .

The slowest cashiers I have ever seen! Every time I am there it is 10min waiting.

I just visit this store. I found a mistake in my check regarding price. I went back in line, waited 10 minutes to get to cashier. She didn't know how to resolve the problem and she didn't want to call manager. Finally when manager came she double check that i am right and let cashier know how to fix my problem but cashier start taking other people from line so I waited on other side. Manager, meanwhile, start helping to people in line in register far away from me but the moment later she came closer and start taking people in front of me and my dauther in a stroller ( she is under 2). So I could not keep a distance from other people. I guess manager doesn't follow distancing and makes it impossible for customers. I felt unwelcome.
