Wonderful customer service!!! Was able to purchase my dream bike. They were able to order it for me and was put together with an expert hand. Had one issue and the staff went out of his way to assist me. I have already sent two friends over to buy bikes. I highly recommend this shop and the expert knowledgeable staff.
I bought a used, reconditioned bike from the Collective and are thrilled with the super-high quality of their mechanical refurbishing. Really impressed and I will be back there for sure.
For about two and a half years, the Recyclery offers bike repairs and volunteer opportunities to repair bikes for individuals. I got my bike pedals replaced here and I am highly satisfied with them. Affordable prices for bike repairs. The Recyclery eployees are welcoming and helpful.

I put an offer on a bike he was selling on eBay, he accepted, then a few hours later cancelled my purchase. He said he could get more money for it. I was paying a fair price it, I offered $700 he had it listed for $750 or best offer. I was his best offer. I have always kept my word on a deal, never backed out.
