I had never taken my e-bike to be serviced before and expected it to take a few days. I was surprised to receive an email hours later informing me my bike was ready to be picked up. I was also emailed a detailed summary of the services the mechanic had performed. Very friendly staff.
I purchased a new bike at Wheel & Sprocket; I am far from a bike expert and was nervous about feeling overwhelmed in the store. Larry helped me figure out exactly what I'd need and choose the best option and accessories within my budget. Tom also helped me further customize the bike when I came to pick it up. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, patient, and friendly. Fantastic experience and I love my new bike!
Chris was super friendly, a great employee. My need wasn't major, just some end bars for my handlebar, but he made the transaction super easy . . .
Great help and handholding during my search for a new ebike. Many extras provided and thoughtful and very helpful advice along the way from many of the people who work there.
