Elizabeth was the technician who helped me. I had a flat on my front tire. She was very pleasant, very knowledgeable and professional. She was busy at the time but she was able take out some time to consult with me. I’m glad that she was there to help me. I’m very happy with her service. In addition, I was greeted by another lady when I first arrived who was very nice and professional. She was eager to help me unload my bike from the van. Overall, I had a great experience at Erik’s. Keep up the good work guys!!!
Great customer service, wasn’t pushy or tried to upsell me at all. Listened to what I wanted and gave reasonable suggestions. Glad I choose this shop to buy a bike. I rode it home and was having such a great time that I completely passed my house by accident.
Very attentive and friendly, answering all of my curious 6 year old’s questions. Not at all pushy. The facility is bright and plenty of cycling inventory. I was glad I decided to invest in a 1 hour drive Tom this location. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Customer service is always great here. I came in for some last minute snowboard boots and was lucky they had some in my size. They will even heat mold them for you. I recommend calling ahead before you come in though since their selection of snowboarding equipment is limited mid season. The store seems to focus on bikes but I didn't really browse so I can't comment on the selection.
