I been going to this shop for years and Larry is very helpful! I used to go there for repairs but choose other shops instead because I felt like the particular bike I ride seems to be problematic for Larry. For this reason I am rating three stars. He is great otherwise for accessories. And very helpful but at times seems to have an attitude. This has made me take my service elsewhere for repairs. Overall I do recommend Al's Cycle.

Fair, honest, efficient, friendly and now during COVID, they've basically moved everything customer related outdoors, which is a very nice touch. This is a great shop that's been here under same management for decades. Prices are basically competitive with online, which is pretty shocking given the level of service.

Not 100% sure about the overall rating because you can't actually get in there. On the positive side the proprietor is very business-like and very to the point in order to take care of the people queued up outside and ... he has a beautiful doggy inside the shop. No mask no service.

Bad customer service I didn’t feel comfortable there. The older gentleman didn’t seem he wanted me to be there. I don’t recommend this place.
