Any time I need to speak or go to the pharmacy I'm on hold for more then 20 mins and when I need to ask questions about medicine they are rude to answer as if I should know everything or if I'm wasting their time. Some times I get great service but that rarely happens.
A terrible pharmacy they didn’t have my prescription for over a week and didn’t even call to let me know they don’t have it and that they haven’t even ordered it yet. Never going back here again the worst pharmacy I hAve ever been to
I have electronic prescriptions sent that are suppose to be ready for me to pickup. But there never ready for me to pickup I always have to wait extended periods. This isn't 1920 where the pharmacist is mixing together compounds to make my meds it's 2020 all they have to do is count pills and fill a bottle ready for me to pickup.
I moved to Hyde Park 5 years ago and I will not switch pharmacies. The level of care the Pharmacists and technicians at this location makes me never want to change locations. They truly care about the patients and families they serve . Thank you Lilian , you are amazing!!!
