Huge wine selection...was walking back to my hotel and hoped to pick up a bottle of wine. I was surprised how big the wine selection was. Also had beer a liquor in coolers that employees needed to open. Seemed to also have food options and I didn't even venture upstairs.

I went to this Walgreens to take some passport pictures. I am told they are too busy (3 people in line) to take pictures and I am told to go to another Walgreens. The second Walgreens says their camera does not work. I go back to this one and I am told in a rude way they cannot take pictures because their camera doesn’t work (there was 1 person in line and 3 employees). Apparently Walgreens has issues with cameras and employees not willing to work. Bye bye Walgreens.

After a rep lied to me about my prescriptions, I am changing pharmacies. They screwed up my delivery, and rather than admitting the truth, the woman tells me that the order was delayed becauae they hadn't received 1 of the 3 meds. According to my texts and emails (with the cost of 3 meds), the order was ready for pick up a couple of hrs after I submitted the refills. I called 3 times wondering why my payment hadn't gone thru yet. They confimed the 3 meds and just sat around, and now Friday, they tell me it will take a couple of days, I protested and was told I'd get a call back on whether the currier can deliver today. Hrs later of course, I had to call them back. Not at any time, did anyone apologize. Im done!

This Walgreens is amazing! I didn’t even know that it has a lot of food and Chicago’s gifts! I bought some gifts for my family, friends and for myself!

Explored this Walgreens while visiting Chicago. It's actually a two story store and even had some groceries downstairs. Lots to look at with excellent prices. This store is actually like a 'Super Walgreen' compared to any other Walgreens I have ever been to.
