This particular CVS has been my store for 4 + years. The pharmacynStaff are extremely kind & curteous to All of their customers.nnThis store also carries many products as well as keeping the Sale items in stock. (Personally it drives me crazy when you go to any store name & they do not have even 1 of the Sale items in stock...especially after spending 2 hours taking 3 buses to get there) but This store has everything and more productsnBeautiful jewelry...lots of goodies too.nnIt also is a well maintained store.nKind Staff plus Great Products equals a SUPERB CVS Store.
I paid for an RX at the drive thru pharmacy window and was told my credit card would be placed in the RX bag when returned back to me. the bag was not stapled shut, so my card could have easily fallen out & is no where to be found. they claimed it was put in the bag, so for the future—nnfeedback:n1. if you’re going to keep doing this, staple the bag shut with the card inside (mine was not)n2. install a payment terminal on the outside of the drive thru so customers can pay themselves (and be in standard PCI compliance)
I’ve been going to this CVS for years. I work nearby, so it’s convenient to pop in after work. For the most part the staff, cleanliness etc is okay. I wouldn’t go overboard. However, recently I’ve been going and there’s this one worker who’s extremely loud and obnoxious! It never bothered me before because I’m in and out. I went in last night and she was cussing like a sailor. So unprofessional! I will not be returning to this store. It made me feel super uneasy especially with everything going on in Chicago.
This cvs is covid safe. I visit all the time and im not from the neighborhood. Staff is friendly and they don't mind my frequently walking the isle while I kill time. Clean, organized never in a shambles even during the times of unrest. This shop is ready for everything. Great plants here too.
Excellent customer service, staff attends with patience and kindness to customers.
