I went to the pharmacy and I was luckily enough to meet this woman Andrea. She was so helpful, quick, made my customer experience amazing. Very awesome going to this one again. She made my day

the security guard is EXTREMELY rude. my boyfriend and i came into Walgreens a little after dark and the security guard was constantly following us. we came into wallgreens because we were out at downtown and i was feeling dizzy. i was out of the countertop medication and i couldn’t wait to we got home. we were trying to find it and the security comes up to us saying “i need to check your bags before you guys leave” in front of the whole store! then we ask for help and admittedly he came towards us and said “no i’ll help them” he did help us find what we needed but he followed us to checkout and when we were leaving he said “i really hope you guys come back” and i told him “we shall return if we are treated with respect.” he laughed in my face.. i don’t understand what we did wrong.. instead of checking our bags, corporate should check his badge because he DOES NOT deserve to be a security guard if he’s harassing people for fun.

Pharmacy opens at 8 and closes at 6 and is closed on weekends! Its a challenge to take time off work to pick up medicines. They should try to stay open at least till 7 or 8 pm.
