This is a KUDOS for the pharmacy in administering COVID VACCINES! I want to thank all of you for attending to those who were there to assist in ending the nightmare of COVID by receiving vaccines. The entire pharmacy department was kind, patient, considerate and warm when it came to attending to customers and answering questions about the dose. I was there with 3 other strangers of different races (mere coincidence) and YOU ALL were so very kind to us all (I LISTENED to conversations!) This is the way the world SHOULD BE..equality and kindness for all!! I was sooo nervous but you guys calmed my weary soul!!! THANKS SO MUCH..BE SAFE!!

People just don’t care for the safety of other specially the employees of this Walgreens.nThe store has this big sign of policy to enter the store but customers come in without a mask walk to the cashier pay for their stuff and leaves. No manager or employees says anything about wearing a mask.nWalgreens just do not care for the safety of their employees and customers. Such a shame!!!!!

At the Walgreens on 63rd and Kedzie at the photo department waited for 10 minutes then went to the cashier at the other line waited 15 minutes the cashier then told me go back to the photo department she will call somebody waited 15 more minutes press the help button waited 10 more minutes and still no one showed up

I've been coming to this Walgreens for over 20 years and though you can still find good customer service from some of the long time employees , it can not fill in the wide gap that's left in the difference of treatment from some of the newer employees.nnI don't have problems with the pharmacy technicians. However, some of the pharmacists are rude and tend to fill your prescriptions wrong.nnOver all it's still the Walgreens I prefer to frequent.
