This CVS is trash. You need to follow-up on the easiest medications...”why hasn’t this been filled / is it ready “....”oh, yeah, come after 5pm” when prescriptions are sent weeks before. I don’t know if they’re over-worked but, man, something is wrong with this place and you’re on your own for prescriptions. This is based on multiple Rx’s over many years. The entire location needs a renovation—but that’s another story. Avoid if you can

Although I have been going to CVS pharmacy for 18 years, I will no longer. I've always dreaded the time consuming, manipulative and endless paper coupons I never used. And, although the store is conveniently located, I feel the prices at CVS are extraordinarily high compared to peers.nIn the past, my doctor had given me a refill prescription and I had missed the date by 24 hours(maybe less). In order to avoid it from happening again, I discussed the exact date Id be able to renew my prescription without it expiring, with pharmacy staff. I Arrived 2 -- 3 days early (afraid if I arrived too early they wouldn't fill it) and the pharmacist told me it would be ready the following day. I wasn't able to pick it up that day but 2 days later I arrived and was told the script had expired!nSince I hadn't picked the med up prior to expiration, although it was filled before the expiration date.... I was unable to receive the medication!nAre you kidding me!?!nFrustrated, I left only to receive a text an hour later, that my script Was waiting for me after all and I could either pick it up or have it delivered. I chose delivery and proceeded through the rigamarole of having it delivered and paid for it/phone. I then received a text that confirmed the delivery date.nThe following afternoon, I received a text that the delivery was canceled and to call the pharmacy.nI called and waited on line for 20 minutes, after 10, I decided to drive over since no one was answering. Half way there, the pharmacist answers and I ask the status of the medication and the line goes dead.nOnce at the pharmacy, I'M once again told I cannot receive the filled prescription since I didn't pick it up on time (although I was never told the medication had to be literally removed from the premises by the expiration date.) And of course, the Manager is not available.nnLousy service, high prices and a maze of incompetence...go elsewhere and avoid the additional pounding headache and racing heart rate!

Not a great location for CVS. LONG waits if you try and call their pharmacy for prescription updates. Even LONGER waits on the medications they don't have in stock. Currently on another 20 minute hold.

Nice staff and very helpful, one of your self checkout lady helped me find hand and toe warmers .

9/3 call twice for pharmacy waited 6 & 12 min. No answer to phone. Talk to store mgr. She said they were short on people.n10/11 received call that prescription was ready. I call to find out where the prescription came from since when I check last month I didn't have one. The pharmacist couldn't answer the question and became beligerante. I have also receive wrong quantities.
