Be honest with your customers. If a prescription is going to take more than 15 minutes as promised and turns into an hour, tell them in the waiting area that it's take longer than expected and offer if they want to come back. The pharmacy staff was nice, but communication could have helped.
I liked this drug store because it provided us safe and effective products. Their staff was very knowledgeable that they can easily read the handwritten of the doctors. It was a great profession!
Pharmacy: I’ve come here for several years now. I like and enjoy seeing some of the workers that I’ve met here. Unfortunately, the consistent problem here is long wait times. One person at the counter. We are in a middle of a pandemic, flu shot season, and they still have one person at the counter. Why??
I don't recall ever having a pharmacy appointment honored at this location. Usually about a half hour wait after the scheduled time. And with everything on the shelves having a premium price, who's really coming here for things other than the pharmacy?
Fast friendly service. Employees are helpful and kind. Easily meet all my convenience store needs.
