If I could give 0 stars I would - trying to receive help scheduling 2nd dose of covid vaccine and pharmacy tech kept interrupting/talking over me and being condescending. So rude.

Multiple occasions has this Walgreens been terrible. Picked up a prescription a week ago and the pharmacy tech was clearly imparted by who knows what. Today, purchasing trash bags, the manager present at 7PM, had no mask on, was working with a customer in close proximity and ultimately standing near me as I checked out. Utterly rude young lady. As a cooperation during a pandemic to have any employee impaired and without a mask is a joke. Taking my business to CVS in Hyde park. This was awful.

I have been coming to this Walgreen store and never had any problems. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The security guard was very nice. Made sure we didnt go inside the store to promote social distancing. It was only 2 seconds. People came out, and we went in. The store had signage, markings on floor and was very organized. I felt comfortable. Good job!

This is (was) my go to store when I'm in the city, but on a couple of occasions the food that I got from here was stale and there was no expiration date on the bag so I couldn't tell you for how long it was on the shelf. Another occasion, there was a fly in my bag of oatmeal raisin bagels, and a smell of white castle burgers in my bag of hot cheetos, which coincidentally..were also stale. Not sure about buying food from here again; even if it's sealed.
