The slowest Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever used. I literally drive to one further away because even with the added drive time, it's still faster than this location.
THE CASHIER NAME AMBER WAS SO RUDE AND IRRITABLE. PLEASE LEAVE YOUR PROBLEMS AT HOME. DON'T VENT YOUR FRUSTRATIONS ON POSITIVE AND BEAUTIFUL CUSTOMERS BECAUSE YOU MAY STRUGGLE WITH INSECURITIES. SAY NO TO DRUGS AND ALCOHOL. I PRAY FOR YOU.
It's rare I see security in this Walgreens ( Canal & Roosevelt ) however this morning 4:30am I walk in look to the right & there's a female suppose to be security sitting down head slightly down with her phone on speaker which you can easily tell was a personal call. Anyone can walk in and steal something. Possibly she was on break not sure if not do your job you're there for a reason.
Had to wait 30 minutes at pharmacy only to be told that the over-the-counter medication I wanted was out of stock. I can't wait for the day that amazon.com enters the pharmacy market and drives this company out of business.
The staff has been helpful, as well as nicer more recently. Thank you!
