If I could give 0 stars I would. I cancelled my stay, the room was awful. Stains on bed, most of the room in horrible condition. Hallway smelled and so did room. The hotel is also being sketchy about my refund. Do not go here. I usually don't write reviews but this experience was so bad I had to.
This place was disgusting. Due to covid the swim times make no sense at all (they clean/ close the pool and splash pad right at check in and right before checkout) and the water slides are closed but they still want $10/ person each time you go swim in their over crowded tiny pool. Splash pad isn’t anything to write home about.nHotel is old and not well maintained our air conditioning either didn’t work or made really loud noises. Bottom line do not go here you are better off getting a decent hotel with a pool and maybe a working game room.
Absolute TERRIBLE experience. First off the hotel is disgusting, staff is rude. My daughter spilt her drink on our comforter, we had a room with two beds, we called down to receive a new comforter and was told it may take some time because house keeping had just left(okay find understandable), i waited an hour and called back and at this time was told there was no clean ones comforter and it would take a while before she could bring it up, i told her i would walk down stairs to grab it from the lobby and she said there was zero clean comforters and it would take several hours. We left the hotel for a couple hours and when we got back i went to the lobby to see if they had a clean one ready and the lady says “i spoke with house keeping and they said you turned your comforter in because it was dirty, we don’t have another one for you” after arguing with the lady she went and grabbed a dingy blanket, not a comforter and claims there’s still no clean ones and that she cant take one from an empty room because it would be without a comforter, but yet will leave a paying customer & 4 yr without one. We finally get one and it has a cigarette burn whole in it. NEVER GO HERE
The staff was rude they changed me extra for a room that I already paid for online gave me the wrong room and when she gave me a new room the toilet was broken no towels the rules changed so much when it came to the the water park we had to bring our own towels the life guards kept talking about the kids I was with and pointing I don't know if it was cause where black but it's very unprofessional I will never recommend anyone I know to this hotel and I won't be back no time soon if anyone rents a room the people staying there shouldn't pay for the water park and no adult that's just going to sit and watch their kids in the water park shouldn't have to pay either this hotel charge for anything 1 lady said they gave her a hard time to go back to her room after checkout to get her infant medicine. ud83dudc94ud83dude20
Got over charged $300 extra on top of the room fee. Saw the charges and took 3 days to get ahold of manager to just be told talk to your bank. I talked to bank they said talked to hotel.
