Very accommodating there is one guy though not sure his name that wasn’t very polite and got our breakfast order completely wrong. And there water was brown for some reason I had seen another review say the same thing about the water after I stayed there I wouldn’t drink it if I were you. If they if they fixed those things it would of been perfect.
I love it here. The front desk Holly, Cholea, and Siester ( General Manager sorry if I misspelled your name). I have no idea what the other reviews were talking about but the staff are super nice and accommodating. Clean rooms have not been an issue. With any hotel chain there are rules so how does one fault the management. I personally love my people here.
Chloe is the best!!!!! The definition of hospitality. This place is great . Staff and accommodation great.
Hotel service was awful. I was told i could not cancel reservation despite extreme disappointment in the room, and immediately after inspecting.nnRoom was unclean, and furthermore the deadbolt lock on the door did not even work!!! When I complained I did not receive any help. No apologies, no cares.. Sean just told me there was nothing he could do to help me, or compensate. Apparently hilton does not understand the concept of customer satisfaction!!
Some of the most indecent and rude customer service I have ever experienced. The site gives no indication that guests must be accompanied by someone over 21. The front desk help was not helpful, and extremely unapologetic to our circumstances. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, completely ruined our vacation.
