This review is late but wanted to recognize the great work Hilton has done with this hotel chain. Clean, modern yet simple fir the traveler who is looking for comfort, convenience, and value. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable with good pillows, and the TV was good. Will definitely stay here again.
I don't usually leave reviews for hotels, but I have to credit Tru by Hilton for the excellent customer service and overall experience. Don at the front desk was an absolute professional - learned my name and greeted me every time I came in in the evenings. He responded to any questions or concerns I had. Overall, the hotel is simple, but nice. The service as spectacular, and next time I come back to Chicopee, I will stay at Tru.
Very comfortable and clean
This is one of the best hotel I stayed in. Very clean, great service, bright patterns, open spaces. Great place to take your family. It's highly recommended
Had a great stay, room was clean and beds were absolutely comfortable. The sheets were silky or something, it was very nice! Price was also better than other hotel options around.
