Im in town from seattle and brought my bike to explore the city. Started getting my gear ready when i noticed my rear tire was flat. I took the tube out and found one of the self vulcanizing patches I had installed as an emergency side of the road repair had failed. I was attempting to get the old patch off when I tore the tube. After spending an hour trying to patch it I finally gave up. I walked to Mox hoping they had a replacement. They were very busy with much more important customers but soon a bike tech came over and sized my tube up for replacement. I was out the door for $8 and now I can get on the road first thing in the morning. I only wish I had just come here sooner and been able to take a ride before the sun went down. Big thanks for getting me fixed up.
Excellent service! Brought my bike in for a flat tire and also tuneup service. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would definitely come back for next tuneup!
