I would agree with other folks who have written reviews that the hours of this place are unpredictable and that it's overpriced. That being said, the man who runs it, Alejandro, is incredibly nice--polite, sincere, welcoming. The two sides balance each other out. In the end, it's worth it to me to frequent a local business and to be treated like a respected member of the community...and also to avoid having to throw my bike in the car to run up to Irv's in Pilsen.

Alex is awesome and has been really helpful fixing up my bike. He is always upfront, quick on repairs, and communicates really well. I absolutely recommend this shop.

Great experience. Cares about business. I was told to stay off glass counters. Reminds me ofngrowing up in Gary Indiana. Great experience

Went there with the intention of repairing my grandson's bike or purchasing a better one. 2 big dogs inside. I would hope they are friendly, but no wasn't going to chance it and open door and just walk in.

The rating doesn’t justify this place. Quality service. Fixed a flat under 15 minutes. Other places will have you on a wait list, ridiculous.
