These guys are awesome! They taught me everything about cycling and really took their time with me. I bring my bicycles in for service every year and they do an amazing job! (I didn't even buy my bike from there since I moved to Decatur recently) The quality service they provide far exceeds what you pay for. I cannot recommend this place enough!
I just purchased my first Trek from this amazing shop. I spoke with both Scott and Ben, who were both exceptionally helpful and friendly. The customer service here is amazing.nnI couldn't recommend a better experience for new or veteran bike owners!
Best bike shop in town! Staff is awesome, very welcoming and friendly. I came in near close on a Saturday not realizing it and Scott was very patient and even offered to put my accessories on even though they were about to close. I definitely recommend this shop for all your bicycle needs!
Great experience. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Bought 2 bikes and am very pleased. Will buy my next bikes at Decatur Bicycle Shoppe for sure.
Unfortunately I HAD to business with this place 3 times in my life, each time I was met with condescending remarks. Each visit I was treated with little to no respect whatsoever! I think if DBS had some competition, they’d at least give everyone basic human respect & dignity. I received none each visit. I took some time to read their reviews, & all I can say is that they must have their close friends do these posts at which point I decided to chime in & let the truth be heard. Keep your guard up & watch out for their disparaging remarks if you have to do business with these.............people.
