If I could give a negative 5 star review for this hotel I would. My family stayed here this past weekend for my cousins wedding. My room was infested with BED BUGS! The manager never contacted me and all they would do was change our rooms. No refunds. My aunt and uncle had roaches and empty pizza boxes in their room. My grandparents room smelled of sewer. And above all, make sure you bring wasp repellent because they swarm you every time you walk down the sidewalk. I definitely do NOT recommend staying here!

They have bed bugs!!! After working all day, driving 5 hours, and having small children we had to find another hotel late at night. Checked in late friday night 3/5 and had to check out not even after 1 hour of being there because of bed bugs. The guy behind the counter, after showing him pictures, didn't seem like it was a big deal. Thankfully we did finally receive a refund. I would suggest going to Holiday Inn Express just a little further down and stay.

Booked March 5th 2021. Gave us room 218. After work and 5hr drive. Got in room around 11:30pm. Took shower. Pull sheets from pillows and found a bed bug half the size of my thumbnail. Backed up. Went for refund (getting back) 12:30am. But the fat slob seemed like it was not a issue. Never once said sorry anything. Traveled 20 miles up the road to Holiday inn. Paid a little more but got a clean room!!

I am travelling from out of state to my father's funeral. I have a service dog that came along with us. Did not plan to stay anywhere overnight so I didnt have proof that my dog was a service animal.. Atlanta traffic delayed us by 2 hours, it was nighttime and raining and I was getting sleepy, so we decided to stop. We rented a room for the night then were refused as we came in with the bags and the dog because we didnt have proof of my dog being a service animal. Thankfully they refunded our money. The lobby smelled like sewage, so I honestly preferred to sleep in my car at that point. No compassion or understanding. Won't go back to a comfort inn ever again.
