Have mishandled order for 3 months and still unfulfilled- DO NOT SHOP HERE. Repeatedly called and assured it was taken care of. Now have triple billed me and cancelled my earlier order. Their billing system caused my card to be cancelled twice as they tried to manipulate the charges
I had an issue with an order I had tried to place with a discount. I contacted Competitive Cyclist via text and got an immediate reply from Daniel Iverson. He was extremely helpful in resolving the issue and got the order placed, with the discount in no time at all. It was a great deal, and some of the best customer service I have received in a long long time. Thanks to Competitive Cyclist and to Daniel Iverson.

False advertising on amazon. They took my money and then canceled my order stating the product was out of stock and then jacked the price up $200. I will never make another purchase through this company and I'll make sure no one I ride with does either.
Yes, they have great deals, but the customer service is what makes these guys so awesome. When I bought my Pivot from them 2.5 years ago, Don spent a lot of time with me on the phone customizing my build. Two weeks ago, while doing some pre-trip maintenance before leaving for Nepal, I found a crack in my frame. I sent an email to the warranty department on Saturday and got a response early on Monday. Duncan helped expedite the process of getting the frame back to Pivot and getting a replacement back to me with enough time to put my bike back together.
They stand behind the products they carry and have always been extremely helpful in making sure my needs are met. They seem to want to make sure all their customers have a great experience.
Although I generally try to shop local, my local bike shop can't hold a candle to Competitive Cyclist. I will always return to them!
