Under staffed. Giving 5 stars because the guy running the front desk was awesome. Funny, and able to keep everyone in a good mood. About 5 different baseball teams in the lobby, and not the most pleasant parents but he kept a smile on his face and tried to accommodate everyone. His name was Cory or Cody I believe. The lady running the laundry room wasn’t nice but the cleaning staff was also quick and efficient. Most of you’re staff is great, & I know it’s hard to hire right now because no one wants to work. Guy at the front desk deserves a raise!
The room was spacious and all the handicapped features were perfect for my friend who is wheelchair bound. He loved that he could take a bath. The pillows were good but the bed was a little wore out. I reported it so the clerk was going to report it to maintenance to change out the bed with a new mattress. The breakfast was pretty good and they did a great job keeping things extra clean during COVID.
Great hotel. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The hotel and rooms are clean, updated, and we'll maintained. Excellent for family get aways, business and leisure. Thanks for the comfortable beds, I slept soundlessly.
