This hotel is decent. I'd say it was probably the lowest quality Best Western I've stayed in, but not the lowest quality hotel. House keeping was extremely friendly and helpful, but there was no regular body towel in my room when I first arrived. Additionally I would like to add that some of the doors for exiting the building are stiff and need to be oiled or something. I could see them being difficult for an older person to open and it was difficult to open them in a way to be quiet for everyone in the building. Lastly I'd like to mention, I had to get my key card refreshed multiple times because it wouldn't work after using it once. During that process I only had to state my room and they'd refresh my card. But I wonder, if I said I was in a different room, would they have given me access to a someone else's room, without them verifying....
Very clean and personable upon checkin and checkout. Recommend this hotel for location and cleanliness.
Very nice place. Clean and comfy but those tiny pillows are hard and lumpy. That's the only complaint. Clean & pretty facility and smiling faces to serve you.
No ice, very noisy in need of remold, toilet would not flush.nnLowe water pressure
