Went to this Walgreen for years. I had surgery and had a friend give me a ride to pick up my pain meds. They told me l didn’t have anything called in from DR in front of a store full of people. I started crying because of my pain and because my Dr told me before l went to pick up my meds that it should be ready. I had to let the next person behind me go. I called the Dr office in tears. I’m in chronic pain. Just had major surgery a week before. They told me again that they called in my prescription. Now lm really upset. Something is terribly wrong. I asked my Dr nurse if she could call the pharmacy and figure it out while l wait. I go sit down and a few min later my doctor office said they faxed the pain meds again. After a very long wait, l went up to talk to the pharmacy tech and she said l had two profiles and the prescription was on the other one. I did wonder if I was treated bad because l was white. I sure suffered a lot. If two names popped up, why not look at them both? Glad l finally left the Southside. Almost all my shopping on Southside of Dothan is way worse than the northside.

Be careful when you hand the guy manager money, he will steal your money if you don’t count it for him. I know how much I handed him, and when he went to count back the register, he did not count in front of me and out loud. I checked everywhere, there was no missing $20 in my house, pocket, or car. I gave him exactly how much I am known to have. I will not sit there and argue with him all day! ud83dude21

The store and associates are wonderful. However, your website is very difficult to navigate. I try to refill my prescrscritions and I have to jump thru hoops and end up having to call.

This Walgreens has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!nI will drive 20 minutes out of my way just so I don't have to go to this one!!!
