Sloooow, it takes days for my prescription to be processed. Something has happened to this pharmacy (Brannon stand west main) in the last few months, it has been my preferred pharmacy for many years but now there is a serious decline in service. I will change pharmacies because of this. Consider using another location if you want prompt service.

The pharmacy used to be the best. Now they don’t answer the phone and don’t have prescriptions ready in a reasonable amount of time, even when they’ve sent a text saying they’re ready. Waits on common pharmaceuticals.

The last 3 times I have came to pick up my prescriptions I waited in line for over 45 minutes to an hour! Extremely understaffed and in organized! It is ridiculous, it doesn’t matter if you go inside or drive up you will wait!! The automatic refill system doesn’t work either. If I don’t call directly my prescription is not being refilled as the automatic system is supposed to do. I will be looking for a new pharmacy!

I give 2 stars because the staff is so kind and overworked. It doesn't matter when I go- day, night, weekend, weekday, morning, afternoon, near closing- I rarely get out before 45 minutes. I have had to wait as long as 2 hours (so I leave and come back). The phone rings off the hook. People sit in the drive through, the waiting area, in line. I pick this stuff up for a relative. I'm trying to get him to change his pharmacy. As I type this I've sat here over an hour...
