I called Walmart to inquire about a vaccine. Valencia picked up at 9:00 am. I asked her my question she put me on hold. I was on break so didnt mind 30 minutes later, I hung up. Called back Connie answered i explained i have previously spoke to Valencia and what transpired. She told me well their were only 2 ppl working so basically oh well. I said what i had to say and hung up. Walmart customer service is terrible. They exhibit a unconcerned and unprofessional attitude. Thank goodness i dont get my medications from them. This is my second bad experience with them. Half of the time they dont answer the phone and when they do they have an attitude.
If you are unable to answer the phone during business hours you are understaffed. Terrible.
Would be better but the store won't pay to have more than one person working and what is the point of refilling online if it doesn't go through the store.
