STAY FAR AWAY FROM CVS!!!!nThe pharmacist filled an old prescription for my husband, charged us for it and I didn't know until I got home and noticed the wrong strength. They say they can't take it back for a refund because of Covid and won't refund my money. We are both retired on a fixed income. I will be changing pharmacies before his next prescription is filled and he has 15 he takes.
terrible customer service
I am in tears because a pharmacist cannot READ DOCTORS DIRECTIONS. If I had not been aware of the medication I was to take, someone at CVS could have killed me, I will make another trip to the pharmacy there and try to get it straightened out, meanwhile I strongly suggest that the pharmacist Cory J Bruzda,RPh employment at CVS be reviewed.
Experience varies depending on time of day and the amount of people make sure you keep your refills counted and make sure the pharmacist is working
Cvs has decided to deny prescriptions from certain doctors. The pharmacy staff are courteous but not friendly.
