Would have been four stars or more if we didn’t have to listen to a large group of people fighting and yelling in the rooms above ours, in the hall and in the elevators/lobby. Staff didn’t call the police - another guest did! Great location and price for a four night stay while at a dog show at Eastern States Expo grounds...but we will definitely think twice about staying here because of the party/gathering and subsequent issue with the people fighting. We did not feel very safe after that.

We arrived at nearly 1 am after fleeing our first hotel in Albany Ny due to a major bug infestation! And since there was a major storm a few days before and a holiday weekend most remaining rooms at other hotels were booked by utility workers who were in town restoring power and tree cleanup. Also the rooms available were in hotels with less than desirable reviews. We also wanted to be close to Vermont for some of our favorite stops even if we couldn’t stay in Vermont.nnWhen we arrived we were exhausted and pretty grossed out. The front desk clerk was wonderful. She was helpful, cheerful and so nice, she even offered us something to eat, after our horrible experience at another hotel chain. We stayed in a king room. The bed and pillows were fantastic, the room was clean and coffee was available. Thanks LaQuinta for staying do clean and safe and having a great staff!

The staff was awesome. I wasn't very happy with the quality of the hotel. Room had to be changed because of shower not working and shower rod wasn't properly installed in the next room. It was mechanically noisy. Very shaddy people around the area of the hotel. It was clean but not covid clean.nFire alarm went off while showering. The heater for the wasn't very hot and very noisy. Linen and towels were clean. Wouldn't stay there again if I had a choice.

This place was terrible, the shower sounded like train, the heat wouldnt shut off, and the woman front desk clerk was extremely rude, and gave us an unbelievable hassle over the deposit, even after she had our card info, and had authorization to bill the card we payed w online... I travel often, and I will NEVER stay @ another LaQuinta again, after the overall experience I had there. It was a complete turn off...

I booked this room on Sunday nov 8 2020 for a one night stay for my son traveling home . Girl at fort desk gave him a hard time at check in. Once he got in the room the heater didn’t work. I paid fir this room in advance .nNow I just got a 50$ additional charge on my card for no reason. That is just wrong. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!!! I would like a reimbursement for my 50$ !!!!!!!!!!
