Great value, clean room! The staff are very amazing. Couldn't ask for better stay! Nice and quiet too.
The morning manager was a delight she really helped me out getting a credit card issue squared away. Also I stayed for a sales meeting in one of their conference rooms. The service and food was second to none. Not to mention the same woman that helped me out in the morning kept asking me if I was okay because I had a really bad headache. I thought it was really nice for her to keep checking on me. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name but she was working the morning of 10/28
The Good:nThe bed is comfy, the rooms are large. The main lobby is really nice looking and the staff is friendly.nnThe Bad:nThey haven't updated any of the rooms in 20 years. Seems they spent all their money on the lobby. TV is super old and not user friendly. The carpet is depressing, the room always feels humid, AC wasn't amazing, shower barely works, there is no comfortable water temperature. And my biggest issue is they only allow you to eat from the Pizzeria Uno that's attached to the building. No outside food is allowed in (due to covid of course). In a pinch this hotel is fine but if they're too pricey or you plan on being here for multiple days, find somewhere else.
Very clean and organized. They kept everyone safe during the COVID times. No breakfast though.
Really happy. The food at uno was really good. The rooms were clean. Nice service and cool amenities like pool, workout room etc.
