Best Western Springfield West Inn

When I came to check in there was a young man who I can clearly see was new. I was very patient with him and understood that he was nervous, the employee had trouble accessing the system so he tried to call the supervisor several times in front of me he said she was upstairs. she never answered the call so he told me and my significant other that he will give us a room and we can pay in the morning when she’s available. we went to our room it was already 11 at night almost 12. me and my other was very tired so we ate and went to sleep. at 4:30am a women barged into our room that i’ve never met, I was also shirtless and exposed! i felt scared of what she would do. but she told me something was wrong with my booking I asked her to let me get dressed. it was the manager Neecha that barged into my room at 4:30am without neither of mine or my others permission. when I followed her downstairs she had explained to me that I had put my reservation for 8/11 when I meant to put it for 8/10 . I told her I understood but it was very rude and disrespectful that I never met her and she walked into my room without my permission, I also advised her that is lack of privacy! she did not once apologize nor had any care of what she did to me and my other! she was so unprofessional it’s disgusting I was literally exposed because she walked into my room! I told her I no longer wanted to stay there and since my card was on the counter since I originally was going to pay she grabbed my card and charged it as soon as I said I no longer wanted to stay at the hotel. I tried to escalate the situation and get a refund for my bad experience and they did not allow me to! they did not treat me fairly and instead exposed my privacy. an apology goes a long way and I didn’t even receive that. i’m making this review because some I was but able to do anything about my stay at least I can warn others of how unprofessional this hotel was and can avoid it happening to others

Night staff was very nice, manager in the morning was horrible we wanted to extend room and they changed price as we asked to extend room. Also they walked into room early morning before checkout time instead of assuming we would be checking out if we did not checkout on time. The manager was rude and lied about breakfast. Avoid this place until new management arrives .

What a great value!! My experience could not have been better. The staff was the best and were so very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was delicious. The fitness room was clean and a nice touch to work off dinner!!!

Staff is great, facility badly needs a refresh. Chairs were showing wear and tear, as were other furnishings. Rooms were on the small size. But it was conveniently located and the staff were ultra responsive and actively observing COVID precautions.

Was clean with nice room designs. Free WiFi, mini fridge and microwave. Decent closet space and a great discount for those with AAA membership.
