Was planning on staying here before going to hospital. Was accompanied by my 18 yo daughter I was told that it was their policy for her to have a photo ID because she was a young adult.nI have never heard of such a thing. I have stayed in many hotels with my daughter. I do not deal with any type of discrimination including age discrimination. I took my credit card back before they could run it and left.nShame on them for discriminating they will never really know how wonderful some young adults really are
My husband is staying at this hotel while he works in Massachusetts, I stay as well when i go visit. I just wanted to thank the staff at this hotel for being so hospitable, and being on a first name basis w us. The rate is unbeatable and the rooms were nice and cozy and clean.. So thank u to the cleaning guy for doing a great job cleaning up after stangers at this crazy time known as the covid time.. we appreciate it!!
absurd policies that stopped me from even being able to stay in the room I reserved and refusing to give a refund. easily the worst hotel I’ve ever had to deal with.
By far the worst experience I've ever had.
I called to cancel my reservation to the hotel for the 29th thru the 31st, apparently, they said they did not receive the email confirmation, when i clearly paid for it and i have the receipt and reservation number, should have read the reviews first before making the reservation, clearly not going to do that again.
