The staff was great here. They only let a few people in the store at a time because of the pandemic, which I thought was great that they take this very seriously. Sales staff was very nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. It was my first time buying a bike in about 25 years and they made me feel very comfortable while I was in there. Great shop!

Great experience, made it really fun for my seven year old. Salesperson, Drew customized the bike for her and took a lot of time making this a cool experience. We got a bell and bottle holder and the fit the bike to her and modified the brakes. She prob should’ve had the 20 but she would’ve outgrown it in a week. They helped modify the 24 and it’s a beast, she loves it! She kept going to check on her bike and sit on it in garage all night and was riding in the driveway until we made her go to bed. Very cool experience.

The Trek Top Fuel 7 I found at Bee Cave Texas has exceeded all my expectations. It fit perfectly with what I was looking for - a fast full suspension bike. The proportions of my height and arm length made the fitting exceptional. It is a fine steed. The service at Bee Cave Tx was excellent. The staff made sure I had everything I could possibly need and were very knowledgeable about their mtb accessories. Purchasing this Trek Top Fuel 7 here was a great experience.

Trek's Bee Cave staff (formerly The Bike Shop) is always so helpful and friendly, going the extra mile. Their passion for riding shows. This team has earned lifetime business from me and my family. Highly recommend.

Great People, WAY OVER PRICED! Since Trek took over from BSS, all repairs are 2 to 3 times more expensive! More than any shop I have visited (including NYC, SF and LA). In fact I did the math. The same repairs I had done at BSS last year, would cost me $387 more this year from the Trek store. Worse yet, the have the audacity to show greatly inflated prices and suggest they are giving you a discount.
