The service at this location is fantastic! Travis, Vicky and Neal were extremely helpful and kind. They also have a great selection of bikes. I had not ridden a bike in years but, the electric bikes here made riding so easy and fun! Thank you Travis for being a patient guide. I discovered this location on Saturday and returned the next day with friends and enjoyed a wonderful afternoon riding on the trails in Fort worth.

This was my first time coming to fort worth and the electric bike was such a wonderful way to explore trails and fort worth in general. It's well worth the price and the customer service is amazing! Very helpful, and personable. We Will Be Back!! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Can't say enough good things about the Pedego bike company. I've had occasion to visit two sites recently and have to say I'm extremely impressed with their quality customer service and genuine interest in making sure everything is just the way you like. Even though I didn't buy my bike here, they are servicing it, making adjustments for me and doing everything they can to make sure I'm happy. Vicki is so courteous, goes above and beyond for customers. I highly recommend you give them an opportunity to work with you on your bike and accessory needs!!!

Had family in from out of town and rented 4 bikes for the afternoon. We called ahead and Vicki had everything ready to go when we arrived. We had an amazing afternoon. We have been considering purchasing e bikes for a few months now and I think this afternoon sealed the deal. Initially we were considering a different brand but after working with Vicki today not only do we want to support a local business we are confident we will get top notch service if needed. My wife and I (65 and 55) had a wonderful 2 hour ride through the charming and historic Southside of Ft. Worth on our first electric bike experience. The bikes are well made and comfortable, and the silent electric motors take (nearly) all the work out of riding, so you can just enjoy the scenery. Very highly recommended!
