Simply A M A Z I N G.nnA little store that packs a punch. Wide spread of bikes, components, accessories & just perfect customer service. Reached out for a set of wheels, got the right recommendations, quick service & was out the door in no time. Smiling :)
Just called at 1:23 pm on February 26, 2021. I am very disappointed with the customer service I received.nWe are in the market for 3 bikes total and I know how much they go for and what I will end up paying walking out.nIt’s a shame... SMH. I would of loved having a local shop that I can go to & trust.nnI asked for a DJ bike (which I seen that they carry) and the young lady/lady told me that they “don’t carry that type of bikes”. I told her that I just seen that they carry them (on google search) and she went on with excuses saying that they still don’t have them. I felt like she didn’t care.nnVERY unfriendly and not willing to gain a NEW CUSTOMER.nnCome on people!! Customers make your paychecks! No customers NO PAYCHECKS!!nnSorry to the business owner I wish I could of done business with you guys.
Remember when you were a child and walked into a toy store, that feeling, same thing! Great repairs and service. If you like bikes you are in for a treat.
