Great place to have your bike worked on, excellent customer service from Caleb and especially Josh. Josh went out of his way to adjust my bicycle on the spot, explained a lot of great pointers for a new bike owner like myself. This company should be proud to have an employees like these, they go above and beyond customer service. I Will definitely recommend everyone to come here with their future bike purchases and repairs, I know I will!
The gentlemen in the bike service department are so helpful. I just wanted a water bottle holder and they insisted on installing it. Then they went the second mile and tightened a loose spoke they noticed and corrected my chain tension for nothing. Great guys.
Every time I go to see a particular item for my road bikes and my mountain bikes the employees help me find the items, and every time I take my bikes to get it fix, the employees help me and tells me what is wrong with bike , so I tell them what is it. So they will tell me when will it be ready. Great.customer service and they all do a wonderful job and service.

Great experience at the McAllen, Texas La Plaza Mall location. Very reasonable rate to fix my bicycle. Friendly staff and fast turn around on the service. Highly recommend them! Also very good quality merchandise as well. I am definitely going to return.
