Jen is an awesome shop owner! I felt like family as soon as I walked through the door and her son came up to greet me. She walked me through everything that I needed to get my bike in tip top shape. Jen also suggested things that I didn't realize were wrong. All in all, I love this shop and recommend it for all bike owners in North Texas!
Saw this place while eating lunch at Ernestos. This is my first trip to Pilot Point, and I came up here to ride the DORBA trail. I asked about a pair of grips that I have been searching for weeks. The gal working in there said they are hard to find and she went in the back and came out with a pair. Offered to install them for me. Ended up buying a couple other items I needed. Cool shop. Will return.
Neat little bike shop. Laid back, no pushy salespeople. Have had our families bikes all tuned up here and happy with service. The only complaint I had is that the hours of operation Google lists are wrong. I told the manager and he said they don't know where Google got those hours from and that they have told Google to take the incorrect hours down multiple times. We found their correct hours on Facebook.
Website shows hours open, but when I arrived they were closed. Not only for the day but all week! I don’t how they stay in business. Hope you don’t need any parts while on vacation.
