I enjoyed meeting Travis, the Custom Scooters owner, when getting my son's scooter new wheels and new grip tape. He could not promise a time for us to return upon his completion due to appointments he had that day. He did, though, promise to work on our scooter in between appointments. Travis called to let us know our scooter was ready before we could even make it back home. My son was beyond happy with the results and how well his scooter looked and felt. Travis was kind enough and super knowledgeable to take the time to answer all our questions, and we had a lot, lol. His approach to COVID was over and above to ensure safety for not only his family but his customers as well. We have found our forever scooter shop and encourage anyone who loves to skate, scooter, or any other outdoor activity that requires something on wheels to come to Custom Scooters in Plano!

This place is legit! The owner is great - knowledgeable and courteous. Totally hooked me up with a great Christmas present for my son!
Lots of inventory. Owner operated. He has been in business for 20yrs. I brought my daughters ONE Scooter to get new grips, wheels, and bearings... Great selection to choose from. Drove 50min from Northlake TX to visit a brick and mortar scooter store.
The workers are really nice and funny, the products and prices reasonable
