TV is designed to make it extremely easy to charge ridiculously overprice programs to the room. We had a 4 year old very quickly spend $57 while my wife was working. Went to front desk and they said there was nothing they could do to rectify. If this business had any sense they could easily add a short pin to prevent this from happening. We won't be going back to this hotel and will suggest the same to all of our friends and family.
Customer service was amazing! It was refreshing after a long hard day to have someone as friendly and helpful check us in for the night. Corina made us feel welcome and cared for. We definitely will be staying again! Hopefully on a night when she is there!
When traveling for work I stay here it’s not always the best experience, but overall a good hotel to stay especially if you sign up to be a redirewards member. Jenn is an amazing employee and helped make my stays there just that much better. She definitely goes above and beyond for the ones that come to stay there. Just wanted her to get credit she deserves for her hard work and kindness she shows towards guests. Thank you Jenn!
A solid four star. Good accommodations but no fridge or microwave. Great price brought it up from a three.
Nice rooms, nice bathroom, very roomy. Though, it's a disadvantage for anyone traveling with something that isn't fluffy. There's a small recreational area here but I suggest asking the staff if you can play on the games and win the prizes. Soda machine is a little glitchy though. Other than that, it's nice.
