This location is great. Really close to home and the store has a nice, large open layout and plenty of parking in the center to make it easy to load/unload equipment. They feature a lot of different brands and products to choose from and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Special shout out to Kevin and Sara for spending time with me answering questions and helping me out with getting by wife’s bike certified for her warranty. Also the young guy that works the cash wrap usually as he has been helpful on several occasions as well. These are nice folks and this store is an asset to the community. Be sure to support them as I will continue to do so.

Called in tonight hoping to pre-order some Trek bikes. They were completely sold out of every model in the line I was interested in, but the gentleman I spoke to did everything he could to try and help me find the bike I was looking for, regardless of location. While I didn't buy this time, I was blown away by the helpfulness and customer service. Definitely will be keeping this location in mind for future business.

Came in 30 min before closing for the day to take my bike into the service center. Employee was very helpful and spent lots of time talking to me about the bike, answering my questions, and showing me different aspects of what is looked at. I was very pleased that he didn't just try to take my bike and push me out the door. Thanks so much for the great service!

A very friendly and hard working facility. They give food advice and provide many options. They even finished ahead of schedule, definitely your place for bicycle maintenance and tune ups. Our bikes look and ride brand new. We'll be back.

Great staff and very friendly service. No matter the rider's skill level, they treat everybody with respect and there is no such thing as a dumb question. I enjoyed talking to their staff, for my need to have another headlight and taillight. Very professional and great selection of bikes. We will return soon.
