We stayed there in 2016, we had a pet room. The room had mold and roaches. Maintenance had to spray multiple times in the room while we were there. The room was small, we had a 4 person family but given one full size bed and a pullout. The room was damp and seemed to be a after thought. I don't know how the other rooms were, but it wasn't a great welcome after a long trip. The base in general needs a serious update.
Excellent staff. Good sized room (about 150SF). Spacious closet. The mattress was firm and in good condition. Bedding and linens were dormatory-standard. Guests have little control over how warm or cold the room is -- Thermostats are non-functional. You can only control how hard the fan constantly blows. Noise sources inside and outside the room can make it difficult for someone used to a quiet sleeping environment.
Good staff. Well maintained accommodations. Not a five star review, because I think the choice odd mattress left a little too be desired. Still I highly recommend.
Sad that the Marriott off base is the same price.
Very nice they took care of me, I'm straight out of tech school and they didn't charge me for the time spent there until I got my GTC i really appreciate that and it saved my bank account
