This hotel is wonderful. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are so clean. When you walk into the rooms it smells so good. Tina is wonderful. She always makes sure you are taken care of. See her when you go there.

Me and my kids stayed a month and felt at home. The location is perfect...it has food spots and shopping in the area. The hotel was clean and had a welcoming environment. We were very comfortable and felt safe.. It was quiet and peaceful. The manager Tina was amazing from the night we arrived to the morning we left. She made sure we were good and made us feel happy secure and welcomed. She leads by example and her team follows suit. Thank you so much Tina and staff. I will definitely recommend others to come and stay there and we will be returning occasionally to visit you and the poolud83eudd17 Thank y'all P.S. the grab and go breakfast due to Covid is good as well.

We had a hotel party for my 13 yr old. There were 6 teenager girls so we needed a lot of space or room. We didn't have a big room but what we had was cozy. We enjoyed ourselves. BUT what made the whole stay comfortable and enjoying was an employee named Marcus Evans. I am not going to go into details but Marcus went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. Thank you Mr. Evans and see you next time.

The floor in the room kept water from the air/heating unit. There were no guide for TV viewing.The running water for the bathroom sink had hardly any pressure, it flowed extremely slow.The inside hall light didn't work.There were an excessive amount of cleaning or polishing liquid on furniture. It wasn't dry and it left dark stain on whatever came in contact with them. I personally had to wipe away all the excessive moisture before I could place any of my personal affects on them.The ice machine didn't work.The room lamps and shades needed dusting very badly. The hotel did not measure up to advertise. I was tempted to demand compensation for the terrible experience. However, I will not be patronizing nor recommending anyone to visit this establishment. The breakfast presentation was terrible.Just an awful experience.

Rooms are dirty, food still on the floor, toe nail clippings on the floor, NOTHING wiped down, soda , juice on the night stand. BATHROOM, hair on the floor, in the tub, floor disgusting! Switched rooms 3 times! 1 st room, dirty broken chair, no hair dryer. Second room broke tv, strong smell that burns your nose, dirty. Third room , not horrible, but not the greatest either. Floor still dirty, not nearly enough towels, no coffee pot, no security bolt and no extra blankets. This hotel, is not fresh, not charming and most importantly not clean. For the price they charge you expect at-least a clean environment! You would be much better at a road side motel. The name Radisson, should be ashamed to be associated with this dump!
