Marriott hotels have become my favorite. The staff is always great and friendly and this location was like the others.nnI was having issues booking a room with my app. It would send me to the website, but wouldn't finish. Being the only Marriot in Sumter, we drive to the location and asked if there were rooms.nnJack helped me out and watched as I used the app. Of course it worked in front of him, but he was a very nice and pleasant fellow. I am sure he was smiling u Der that mask, but he got us in and gave all necessary information like breakfast times etc.nnOh....btw, THEY HAVE BREAKFAST!!! not something to go and thrown in a bag. They actually had French toast , eggs, bacon, etc. So yes, it's nice to get back to a little normalcy for a change. Oh, and I don't eat breakfast, but I did today!!! Call it, I had a craving for something normal we all took for granted!!!nnThanks Jack, keep up the Marriott standard we all know and love!!!
Very clean, excellent standards of hygiene and Covid-19 disinfection protocol. Very good hot breakfast served and indoor hot tub and pool available with limited access for safety. Enjoyed stay and would definitely return.
Great, friendly staff and the suits are spectacular. Absolutely recommend! (And they have Tea Tree products in the shower)
the stay was really nice and food was good and everything was well the front receptionist when i checked in and out are really sweet, i will be coming back here when i come visit S.C again :)
The spring hill suites was great,it was clean and new like.nGreat room!
